• The 25 Broad website was designed to engage a young upperclass audience looking to live in Downtown NYC.

  • The initial website launch was followed by a banner ad campaign that reached it's audience using multiple online avenues over a specified period of time.

  • Part of the ad campaign included iPad advertisements on mulitple news aps including the Daily News and New York Post and which proved to be a beneficial addition to the traffic sources.

  • In addition to many interactive campaigns, there is an entire print campaign that gets incorporated. Here is a picture of the sales office.

  • The print collateral in this campaign made use of QR codes that enable us to drive traffic and lend insight as to which print publications are reaching our audience best.
